NeuroWaves Data Systems ("we", "us") operates WaveBook, the booking app and booking websites for solo owners and small businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your choices.
Business owners and staff who create an account or are invited to a WaveBook business. Customers who book, order or leave feedback through a business's WaveBook website.
We share data only with service providers needed to run WaveBook:
Each business can see the bookings and customer details for its own account. We do not sell personal data.
We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations (such as payment records), and for our legitimate interest in running and securing WaveBook.
We keep account and business data while your account is active. When you delete an account, we delete or anonymise its data, except where we must keep records for legal or tax reasons.
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict some processing. Contact us at support@getwavebook.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.
WaveBook is not intended for children under 16.
We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
